In simple words it is byaj badla – or to take advantage of the gap that exists among equities and stocks or commodities.

Take an example –

Reliance industries trades at 2500 in NSE and the same scrip trades at 2525 in futures for the same month.

Now how can an arbitargeour earn from this position, now we have to constantly watch the badla in which it is moving.

We go long in nse at 2500 and short in futures at 2525 and insert at sauda at 25 , which will be beneficial as soon as badla reduces for eg say 20 rs and we will revert our sauda, I.e buy in futures and sell in cash- hence a gain of 5 rs

A safe 5 rs

Similarly sauda are inserted in ulta badla .

This is just an example for arbitrage – there is a whole lot for one to learn and earn.

Its very easy while reading but not when you execute the sauda- but once some one learns it , its the best form to earn.
